We have a complimentary water station at our main bar area located by the front doors and common area.
We are a bar service only venue, we do not have servers. Orders are per transaction and tabs cannot be started. We accept cash, credit or debit at our bars. We also have one ATM on site.

We are an All Ages Licensed venue, however, some events are strictly 19+. Please check the age restriction on the event prior to purchasing at ticket. If the event is all ages, we recommend any guests under the age of 19 is accompanied by an adult but it is not a requirement. Minors are not able to come to a 19+ event even if they are accompanied by an adult.

We have a zero alcohol tolerance for any guest under the age of 19. We reserve the right to deny entry, or remove a minor without refund if we suspect that they may be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Tickets purchased for the Belvedere Treehouse VIP Lounge includes seating for every ticket purchased, separate bar service, and separate washrooms. There are only a maximum of 100 tickets sold for this space. When VIP tickets sales are limited, we will upgrade ticket purchasers to a lower VIP Booth section located right next to the stage in the instance that the VIP balcony needs to close after you purchased a VIP ticket.

Premium VIP Booths are available at select events only. They must be purchased a minimum of two weeks in advance of the event date, and through a Coors Event Centre rep only, not online. If you are interested in a Premium VIP Booth please email dana@coorseventcentre.ca for booth pricing and availability.

Depending on the forecast our coatcheck operates from October to March of every year. Unfortunately our coatcheck does not fit a coat for every person attending, only 90% of the guests. If you would like to guarantee that your coat gets checked please arrive at the scheduled door time.

Coatcheck is $3 per coat, cash only. There is no rechecking of items, you must pay every time you recheck your coat. If you have lost your coatcheck ticket you will have to email coatcheck@coorseventcentre.ca the following business day with a detailed description of your coat. Pro tip: Take a photo of your coatcheck ticket once it has been checked.

Coors Event Centre is not liable for any items checked at the venue, items are checked at your own risk. Any items left at the venue within 7 days of the event it was left at will be donated.

We have a strict no re-entry for minors, this is to ensure the safety of the minor, as we are responsible for the safety of our guests once they are in our building. If you are a minor and leave the facility, you will be required to purchase another ticket to enter, or may be denied re-entry entirely.
We are a proud supporter of Molson Coors and Charlton Hobbs, you can find a great selection of Molson Coors and Charlton Hobbs products throughout our venue.
When receiving 19+ entry you must present a government issued photo identification card (passport or drivers license). If you do not have your government issued photo identification card, you may be denied entry without refund or denied service of alcohol.
Our door time is a suggested entry for our guests. This allows our guests to move through our doors, purchase a beverage and find a comfortable location before the first opening act performs. There may be additional security protocols at some events, so it is best to arrive at the mentioned door time or you may risk missing part of the performance.
On average we give our guests roughly an hour to enter our doors before the first act performs.
